Maggie Rodriguez will replace Hannah Storm on “The Early Show,” CBS announced yesterday.

Rodriguez isn’t a total stranger to “TES she’d been co-anchoring “The Saturday Early Show” since last June.

Rodriguez, who joins Harry Smith and Julie Chen, begins her new assignment Jan. 7.

Storm was let go from “TES” after five years last week and is expected to be reassigned to another CBS News show, most likely “48 Hours.”
