ANOTHER house built by the home-wizards at “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” has sent its lucky “winner” into the red.

Eric Herbert, whose family was featured in a 2006 episode of the popular ABC show, is selling his luxurious 3,678-foot home in Sandpoint, Idaho because he cannot afford to pay for its utility bills and doesn’t have the time to keep up its maintenance.
