Fans of Hollywood legend Lauren Bacall opened their wallets and blew big dollars on Tuesday, buying up the late acting great’s possessions — from routine household knickknacks to fine art.

The sale of 740 lots was expected to rake in $3 million at Bonhams Auctions on Madison Avenue over two days.

Bonhams said Tuesday it was confident the sale was well on its way to making $3 million.
