FIGHT-NIGHT FACEOFF
USA Network and Spike will square off on Oct. 3 with more than nine hours of bloody fights between the two channels.
The night marks the relaunch of “WWE Raw” on USA after the long-running wrestling show was dropped by Spike last season.
USA’s live, three-hour telecast begins at 7:55 p.m., followed by a one-hour clip show. Meanwhile, Spike has thrown its weight behind “Ultimate Fighting Championship,” which is billed as “real” fighting, as opposed to the WWE’s scripted matches and over-the-top acting.
That telecast will run from 7 p.m. until midnight – including a live two-hour fight at 9.
