ACTION! This year’s edition of the New York Film Festival winds up on Sunday, clearing the way for Lincoln Center to showcase recent flicks from Hong Kong. Fifteen will unreel, including the second and third parts of the “Infernal Affairs” trilogy; Wong Kar-wai’s gorgeous “In the Mood for Love,” with Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung Chiu-wai; Tsui Hark’s hyperactive “Time and Tide”; and Danny and Oxide Pang’s “The Eye,” one of the most terrifying films of recent years.
