DAVID Letterman will finally have his night with Paris.

Paris Hilton will appear on “The Late Show” Monday (11:35 p.m./Ch. 2) to promote the second season of “The Simple Life” – after dodging Letterman for nearly a year.

Hilton was booked to appear on “Late Show” last year but canceled her appearance at the last minute after a tape of her X-rated antics surfaced on the Internet.

Letterman turned the incident into a running gag and all but begged Hilton to visit the show as a guest.
