THE runner-up on the VH1 series “Flavor of Love” – who made the all-time reality TV highlight reel when she spit in her rival’s face – has lost her job.

Brooke Thompson, 26, who went by the name “Pumpkin” while on the twisted dating show, was told this week that she was no longer wanted as a substitute teacher in the Bakersfield, Calif. school district.

“We had kids that were sticking their heads in the door just to sneak a look at her, and that kind of craziness was just disruptive to the learning process,” said a school official.

Pumpkin was one of a dozen women who competed to become rapper Flava Flav’s girlfriend.

During an argument with another contestant, she spit in the other girl’s face.
