“Funny Girl” has found a home. The upcoming Broadway revival will follow “Billy Elliot” into the Imperial Theater in April. Lauren Ambrose is set to star in this biographical musical about Ziegfeld Follies headliner Fanny Brice, a role orginated by Barbra Streisand in 1968. Bobby Cannavale will play opposite Ambrose. Bart Sher, who won a Tony for his production of “South Pacific,” is the directing. The score, by composer Jule Styne and lyricist Bob Merrill, features such standards as “People” and “Don’t Rain on My Parade.”
