A year after he died, Gary Coleman’s body has still not been buried, according to his former agent.

A court battle between Coleman’s ex-wife and his parents over his estate has kept the remains of the ill-fated, former child star in legal limbo.

News of the burial delay was revealed yesterday by Vic Perillo, Coleman’s ex-manager, who posted an essay about the one-year anniversary of the actor’s death.

Coleman, who had been in ill health for years, died last May 28 after a fall that led to a brain hemorrhage.

The “Diff’rent Strokes” star was 42.

The size of his estate is not clear — but its major assets appear to be a home in Utah valued at $315,000 and a collection of toy trains.

Two wills were produced at the time of his death, one leaving his estate to his ex-wife Shannon Price and another that left it to a girlfriend, Anna Gray, who has since dropped her claim.

Coleman’s estranged parents also laid claim to his estate — including the right to make burial arrangements — because he was no longer married.

Perillo did not say where the body was being kept, though it is believed to be at an unnamed Utah funeral home.
