MUSEUM $PLURGE: If money’s no object, the Neue Galerie (Fifth Avenue at 86th Street) has the item for you: A limited-edition, full-scale reproduction of Gustave Klimt’s “Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer.” Complete with 18-carat, gold-leaf and white laquer frame, it’s $4,800 — a steal, considering Ronald Lauder shelled out $135 million for the original.
