CAUSTIC kitchen king Gordon Ramsay, the star of “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Kitchen Nightmares,” says that some of the best chefs come from . . . Long Island.

The winner of “Hell’s Kitchen 2” was from Long Island.

And the first two seasons of Bravo’s “Top Chef” were won by Long Islanders.

A member of the latest “Hell’s Kitchen” cast is from Long Island, too.

“Long Island, is producing more chefs coming out of there than Paris,” Ramsay says.

“It’s buoyant, it’s on the outskirts of Manhattan, and so they have access to phenomenal restaurants.”
