‘GOSSIP Girl” Leighton Meester’s leaked cover of pop song “Birthday” was originally written for disqualified Season 8 “American Idol” contestant, Joanna Pacitti.
According to mtv.com, songwriter Nick Scapa of production team Honor Roll Music says that Pacitti passed on the song before it was recorded by Meester. —
