Making your Broadway debut is downright miserable.

Grumpy Cat became the first feline to ever appear in a production of “Cats” Friday evening at the Neil Simon Theatre in Midtown.

The unimpressed 4-year-old kitty, who has more than 8 million Facebook followers, was presented with a certificate naming her an honorary

“Jellicle Cat” in the beloved Andrew Lloyd Webber musical.

But the theater isn’t for everyone.

“Being selected as the first real cat to perform in ‘Cats’ on Broadway was an honor. I hate it,” Grumpy Cat said in a statement.
