Age: 28

Residence: Princeton, N.J.
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 160 lbs.
Occupation: Graduate student
Clothing style: I don’t have a ton of clothes, and I don’t like to dress up. I practically live in jeans and T-shirts. I wouldn’t be caught wearing a conventional suit — maybe a sporty jacket with a button-down shirt and jeans. And, if I can get away with it, I’ll wear a bolo tie instead of a regular tie.
Favorite stores: For nicer clothes I go to Banana Republic, but just as frequently I’ll get something at Sears or Old Navy.
Where did you buy your outfit? I bought the shoes at Bass, the shorts at Sears and the T-shirt probably at Old Navy. The glasses I bought somewhere in Princeton.
How much did it cost? The shoes I got for $20; the shorts were $10; the T-shirt was $12 and the glasses were $20.
What’s your exercise routine? I play ultimate frisbee, which involves a lot of running, and I do a bunch of sit-ups a day to work on the abs.
What do you like best about yourself? I have a strong sense of ethics. I try to be fair-minded and treat everyone with equity.
What would you change? I think I’d gain more from experiences if I were more assertive and bold.
Biggest turn-on in a woman? Definitely a great sense of humor and a good human spirit. I like it when her smile lights up her entire being and she’s an above-average conversationalist. A strong sense of ethics is very important. She must be firm in what she stands for.
Biggest turnoff? I admire a strong-willed woman, but not one who is overly judgmental, negative or destructive in her criticism of others.

Hair: It’s off-beat. It doesn’t look like he brushes it every five minutes or drowns it in gel.
Physique: He isn’t 200 pounds nor is he a skinny, little bean pole. He’s got some body to him — he’s solid.
Accessories: His footwear is kind of dorky-looking and dumb. You don’t walk around the city wearing underwater shoes.
Overall outfit: The shoes aside, he’s a cute guy with a great smile. I like that he looks like he didn’t think about what he’s wearing for more than 5 minutes.
Suggestions: I’m really hung up on the shoes. A pair of sneakers, hiking boots –anything but those shoes. From the ankles up, he’s fine. Even the scars on his knees are cool.
Rate him: 3.5
Date him: Yes, he’s cute.

Hair: Unruly in a natural way, but I don’t think he goes to work with it like that.
Physique: His stomach doesn’t reveal a paunch. His legs are huge, but there’s some shape to them, which means he works out.
Accessories: I like the watch — it fits his sporty look.
Overall outfit: He’s OK for a morning walk. The shoes are questionable, but they match what he’s wearing and look comfortable. The pockets on the side of his shorts add style to his appearance.
Suggestions: He’s handsome and his smile is eye-catching. I’d love to see him in dress pants and a nice shirt.
Rate him: 4 — all dressed-up.
Date him: Yes.

Hair: Wispy, with a bit of style.
Physique: Fairly athletic-looking — toned, but not massively so. He has a nice stance about him.
Accessories: His shoes blend in with the overall casual look.
Overall outfit: It’s a classy, casual look. The watch is sporty, the shoes look comfortable and his glasses are up-to-date and go well with his face.
Suggestions: Actually, there isn’t much to do except trim his hair to give it texture and smarten him up some. He has excellent teeth and a great smile.
Rate him: 3
Date him: Yes.
