RICHARD Hatch is still stuck behind bars after a hearing yesterday morning on charges he violated his parole by giving TV interviews to “Access Hollywood.”

The “Survivor” winner is waiting a decision by federal Bureau of Prison authorities about whether he will be returned to the prison until his original sentence on tax evasion charges ends Oct. 7.

He could also be sent to a halfway house or released back into home confinement.
