‘SURVIVOR” tax cheat Richard Hatch has been moved to a minimum-security prison.

At West Virginia’s Federal Correctional Institute Morgantown, Hatch is likely to rub shoulders with a host of convicted white-collar criminals.

Hatch, who is serving a 51-month sentence for not paying taxes on the reality show’s $1 million prize and other income, spent several months in a rough Massachusetts jail before passing through a hard-bitten Oklahoma City prison.

“After seven months, he has finally been transferred to the type of facility he should have been in, if at all, from the beginning,” Hatch’s lawyer, Michael Minns, told The Post yesterday.
