Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Mark Miller, Reine Sammut, Charlie Trotter, Antoine Westermann and Gerard Bertholon partnered to form Five Leaf, freezing their haute cuisine in pouches to be warmed in hot water, or unbagged and heated in the oven. Dishes come with suggestions for plating and serving.

Boulud’s short ribs braised in red wine and Keller’s chicken breasts with fondue of leeks and chive puree are among the offerings. Prices range from $7.99 to $8.99 for soups, $9.99 to $17.99 for appetizers, and $9.99 to $29.99 for entrees.
