LAST Sunday’s NBA All- Star Game snared 7.6 million viewers – up 20 percent over last year in an era of downward sports ratings trends.

The NBA, at least this season, has been immune from a ratings slide. It’s currently the hottest sports ticket on TV, with viewership up double digits across-the-board.

Through 33 broadcasts this season, TNT’s NBA coverage is up about 23 percent year-to-year in total viewers, with the key demo of men 18-49 up 18 percent.

ESPN is up 17 percent in total viewers and 9 percent in men 18-49 through this season.

ABC is up 31 percent in total viewers and men 18-49. –
