On last Thursday’s “American Idol,” Casey Abrams dropped to his knees in ecstatic disbelief when the judges saved him from being sent home, but he has more reason to be happy about than just being saved.

According to InTouch, the scruffy-bearded Abrams might be canoodling with contestant Haley Reinhart.

“Most of their downtime is spent together and they have a very touchy-feely relationship,” a show insider said. “They’re always lying on each other when they’re around the other contestants, and everybody thinks they’re hooking up.”
