STOP Smiling, a magazine that mocks, wants you to join the fun, and will bring some funny gals and guys to the Bowery Ballroom tonight to celebrate its “Comedian Issue Extravaganza.”

Silly stand-up stars slated to appear are Laura Kightlinger, Todd Barry, Patrice O’Neal, Demetri Martin, Eugene Mirmanand and Neil Hamburger. Drag City Record’s Rian Murphy will host the night and, it being a hip club and all, there will be deejays betweeen acts.

David Cross (from the fab “Arrested Development” and “Mister Show” ), as the secret surprise guest, will close the night. Bowery Ballroom, 6 Delancey St.; (212) 533-2111; $15. Doors open 9 p.m.
