‘SEINFELD” might have been a show about nothing, but Ben & Jerry’s has managed to make a holiday ice cream based on the sitcom – and it’s really something.

The new flavor is called Festivus, which fans will recall is the celebration George Costanza’s father invented in answer to Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa.

It’s a time to put up the Festivus pole, perform feats of strength and air familial grievances.

Our news room tasters had no gripe with this jokey, limited-edition flavor, a dreamy frozen confection of brown sugar ice cream laced with gingery caramel and chunks of chewy gingerbread.

“I think it’s one of their best,” swooned one. “This is exactly what I think Festivus tastes like,” said another.

Meanwhile, the carton playfully proposes, “Let’s put the fun in dysfunction.”

So is this Ben & Jerry & Jerry? Whatever, it’s going to be the best Festivus ever.
