MICHAEL Jack son’s parents will appear Friday on ABC’s “20/ 20” in a deal brokered with Britain’s ITV.

The exclusive interview with Katherine and Joe Jackson was conducted by Daphne Barak for British-based Shine, an independent production company.

Parts of that interview – in which the Jacksons discuss the sex-abuse allegations against Michael, among other topics – air Friday on “20/20” (10 p.m./Ch. 7).

Then, on Monday, the entire hour-long interview, titled “Our Son Michael Jackson: Uncut,” airs 10 p.m. on ITV in the U.K.

In their ITV interview, the Jacksons also discuss Michael’s life with the Jackson Five and the raising of their eight children.

Sources say the Katherine and Joe Jackson interview is part of an overall documentary Shine is working on about the Jackson Five.
