Yada yada: Jerry Seinfeld is putting it all out there in a new career-spanning book.

His first comedy book in more than 25 years, set to be released Oct. 6, is a collection of the 65-year-old standup’s own personal notes, featuring musings and chronicling jokes developed during his 45-year career.

“Whenever I came up with a funny bit, whether it happened on a stage, in a conversation, or working it out on my preferred canvas, the big yellow legal pad, I kept it in one of those old school accordion folders,” Seinfeld said in a statement. “So, I have every piece of stand-up comedy I thought was worth saving from 45 years of hacking away at this for all I was worth.”

According to the book’s publisher, Jonathan Karp, president of Simon & Schuster, this volume will give readers the chance “to see Jerry and his comedy evolve through the years.”

He said the publishing house expects the book “to be both a highlight of 2020 and a lasting work for anyone who appreciates the thrilling but unforgiving art of stand-up comedy writing.”

His last published work of comedy, “Seinlanguage,” was released in 1993 and sold more than 2.5 million copies. In 2002, he also wrote a children’s book called “Halloween.”

The currently untitled text will be released in hardcover, ebook and audiobook in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and India.
