THERE will be a “Joe Millionaire 2” – just don’t ask how it will work.

It was thought the show’s twist – that “Joe” was really dirt poor – made a sequel impossible, because everyone would know the joke the second time around.

But Fox officials said yesterday that a sequel to the mega-hit reality show is already in the works for next fall.

“We can’t go into any details, but I can tell you that we have sort of cracked the way to do it,” said Fox entertainment president Gail Berman. “But it will be called ‘Joe Millionaire.’ “

Fox’s reality TV programmers “have a concept that will virtually carry all the same values forward and we’re optimistic that it will perform extremely well,” Fox TV boss Sandy Grushow Grushow said.
