A Philadelphia attorney learned it is unwise to crack wise with The Donald.

Erin Elmore, 26, last night became the 10th contestant to be fired on the current edition of “The Apprentice” on NBC.

Her fate was sealed in the boardroom when she made a wisecrack just after Donald Trump announced he felt obligated to follow the advice of his top aides, George Ross and Carolyn Kepcher.

They wanted him to spare the other potential firee in the room, Angie McKnight, 41, of Miami, who was last night’s project manager for the losing Net Worth team.

“Do you have to [follow their advice]?” asked Elmore, who then winked flirtatiously at Trump.

The remark caused Trump to abruptly turn his attention to Elmore, telling her, “You’re a real wiseguy, you know that? . . . Erin, you’re fired.”
