NOT that sexy has ever gone out of style, but on “SexyBack,” the single from Justin Timberlake’s upcoming album “FutureSex/LoveSounds,” due out Sept.12, the singer vows to “bring sexy back.”

In that lust-riddled song, which features rhymes by hip-hop producer Timbaland, Timberlake immerses himself into syncopated club beats that are a natural extension of his acclaimed solo debut “Justified.” Timberlake will preview that and the other tracks from “FutureSex,” in concert, at a one-night stand at the Roseland Ballroom on Aug. 31.

Get ready to stay up late. Doors for the show open at 11 p.m., and Timberlake isn’t expected to take the stage until after midnight. Tickets cost $52 and go on sale Friday through Ticketmaster outlets and charge-by-phone, (212) 307-7171. There is a two-ticket limit.
