KATE Gosselin is return ing to NBC’s “Today” show for her first sitdown interview since separating from husband Jon Gosselin.

The “Jon & Kate Plus 8” star will chat with Meredith Vieira Monday to discuss how she and her eight kids have been dealing with the limelight since the Gosselins announced their separation in May.

Kate was interviewed on “Larry King Live” and “Today” in early May, within days of the separation announcement.
