AUSTRALIAN pop- singing royalty Kylie Minogue will star in an upcoming edition of “Dr. Who” that takes place on the Titanic.

This will be the singer’s first public project since making a recovery from breast cancer.

The “Dr. Who” episode, called “Voyage of the Damned,” is slated to begin filming in Australia next month and is expected to air sometime in December.
