Lady Gaga crashed to the ground after falling from a flaming piano at a recent show.

The controversial singer’s attempt to jump off the instrument ended in disaster when she fell flat on her back.

Gaga was stomping on the piano’s keys with her left foot while balancing on its stool with the right as part of her performance.

But the stool slipped and the audience watched in horror as she plunged to the ground.
