Larry David, who enlisted old pal Jerry Seinfeld for a story arc on “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” is now returning the favor.

David will appear as a guest judge on Seinfeld’s upcoming NBC reality show “The Marriage Ref,” which premieres late next month.

David, who divorced wife Laurie in 2007, will help bickering real-life married couples resolve their issues on “The Marriage Ref,” hosted by Tom Papa and co-produced by Seinfeld.

Tina Fey and Charles Barkley have also been recruited as guest mediators.

The show marks Seinfeld’s first return to network TV since “Seinfeld” — which he co-created with David — wrapped in 1998.

Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander and Michael Richards appeared as themselves on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” last season when the “Seinfeld” cast reunited for a TV reunion special.

“The Marriage Ref” premieres Feb. 28 at 10:30 p.m. before moving to its regular timeslot, March 4 at 10 p.m.

Seinfeld is co-producing the show with former “Oprah” staffer Ellen Rakieten.

David is also being honored by the Writers Guild of America with its Paddy Chayefsky Laurel Award.
