HEATHER Locklear is back on “Melrose Place.”

Locklear, who rocketed to stardom on Fox’s 1990s “Melrose” original, is joining The CW spinoff and will reprise her role as “scheming vixen” Amanda Woodward.

Her first episode will air Nov. 17 (9 p.m./Ch. 11).

Locklear, who turns 48 on Friday, starred on the original “Melrose” for seven seasons.
