Actually, it’s been a low-carb diet that’s helped Jorge Garcia shed about 30 pounds since March. He plays Hurley, the lovable big guy on ABC’s hit drama about a group of stranded survivors after a plane crash.

A Post shutterbug recently spotted Garcia and his girlfriend, Malia Hansen, strolling near Central Park after leaving The Trump International Hotel.
