THE diva does dumplings for her new NBC show this fall.

Here’s a first look at Martha Stewart filming a segment for her new syndicated daily show, “Martha.”

A Post shutterbug caught the domestic diva yesterday whipping up dumplings with the staff at the Rickshaw Dumpling Bar near Grammercy Park.

“Martha,” an “Oprah”-like talk show, debuts on WNBC/Ch. 4 on Sept. 12.

Stewart is also the host of a new Martha-centric edition of “The Apprentice,” also slated to air this fall on NBC.
