EARLY yesterday morn ing, shortly after midnight, Miley Cyrus killed her Twitter account.

It may not seem that important to you, but to 2.1 million fans — an audience the equivalent of a successful cable TV show — of the ‘tween TV star, it is a big deal.

“FYI Liam doesn’t have a Twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason,” she tweeted.

Liam Hemsworth is her co-star in the upcoming film, “The Last Song,” and the “Hannah Montana” star’s reported new boyfriend.

Cyrus was an avid Twitterer, posting five or six personal messages a day on her site.
