MILEY Cyrus’ sense of style is “too tarty,” says TV’s reigning king of clothes, “Project Runway” host Tim Gunn.

“Forgive me,” Gunn says modestly.

But when asked what he thinks of the “Hannah Montana” star’s fashion sense, he says: “She’s just a little too tart.

“I don’t want her to look like she’s going into a convent school,” he told OK Magazine in an interview.

“But it’s just a little too much for a 15-year-old,” Gunn says. “If I didn’t know better, I’d swear she was 25.”

Starting last year, Disney put out a line of “Hannah Montana”-brand clothes, fashioned after her TV character.

It wasn’t clear which clothes Gunn found “tarty” – the “Hannah” stuff or Miley’s personal style.
