WHO says a supermodel has to be a reed-thin twentysomething?

TV Land is partnering with Wilhelmina Models to find the next supermodel – but one who’s 35 or older.

It will be the basis of a new reality show, “The Next Great Supermodel,” which will air on TV Land and include all the usual stuff: women living together in a house (in New York) and battling each week in various competitions – with one wannabe supermodel booted off each week by a panel of judges.

The winner will receive a modeling contract with Wilhelmina.

Beginning Sept. 29 the judges (yet to be named) and the show’s host (also yet to be named) will travel to New York, L.A., Atlanta and Chicago to choose the 20 contenders.
