Regis Philbin will sub for vacationing Meredith Vieira all next week on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” (12:30 p.m./Ch. 7).

It’ll be Reege’s first time hosting the daytime version of “Millionaire” after famously hosting the prime-time version, which returned in August for its 10th anniversary.

Philbin, who’s undergoing hip-replacement surgery next week, taped his appearances earlier this month.
