‘THE John Walsh Show” is going off the air – due, at least in part, to Walsh’s hectic schedule.

Walsh will continue to host Fox’s weekly “America’s Most Wanted,” now in its 17th season.

But his daily talk show, produced by NBC Enterprises, will end its run in February after less than two seasons.

The show, which airs here on Ch. 4 at noon, was down over 20 percent last month in ratings compared to last year’s numbers.

“Walsh” will continue in production through next week and will air through February, said a spokesman for NBC Enterprises.

A combination of new and repeat shows will air from now until February, with new episodes airing that month during sweeps, he said.

NBC wasn’t commenting on what might replace “Walsh,” but insiders say it could be a makeover show, “Galpals,” which is a spinoff of “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.”
