COURT TV is going to change its name, network officials announced yester day.

No word yet on what the crime-and-trials channel will be called.

The changes – to be unveiled next Jan. 1 – include a raft of new, original programs developed for the channel’s core viewers, described by Court TV as “a dual audience that skews slightly male and loves programming with real people, real-life situations and true stories.”
