LIFETIME has finally unveiled the 16 contestants for its first season of “Project Runway,” premiering Aug. 20 at 10 p.m.

The show, stuck in legal hell after moving from Bravo, actually filmed its finale last winter.

Among the contestants are three designers originally from Eastern Europe — Yugoslavia, The Republic of Georgia, Moscow — and a native New Yorker who goes by one name: Epperson. Seven of them live in New York City now.

The contestants, who range in age from 50 to 24, will battle for the $100,000 grand prize and a trip to Paris.

Host Heidi Klum, mentor Tim Gunn and judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia will all return.

Lifetime’s new series, “Models of the Runway,” will air immediately after the “Project Runway” season premiere.
