WONDERING whatever happened to Salisbury steak?
Rediscover it at Le Zinc (139 Duane St.), where July 23 and 30 they’re dishing out a four-course repast modeled on frozen TV dinner classics – paired with wines from vineyards founded by small-screen stars.
On the menu will be fancified versions of grilled cheese, fish croquettes with tartar sauce, and Salisbury steak with smashed potatoes, gravy and corn coblette, and more – while the stylish TriBeCa bistro pours from the houses of Fred MacMurray (“My Three Sons”), the Smothers brothers, Raymond Burr (“Perry Mason”), and Fess Parker (“Davy Crockett”).
Dinner costs $45; call (212) 513-0001 for reservations.
