PRESIDENT Obama’s prime time appearance on Wednesday night garnered 24.7 million viewers across 11 networks.

The press conference — which focused on health care– was Obama’s fourth since taking office.

Obama’s audience has steadily declined since a peak of 49.5 million during his first appearance in February.

In March, 40.4 million people tuned in, but by April those numbers had dropped to 28.8 million.
