PAT O’Brien has inked a new, two-year deal to continue co-hosting “The Insider.”

O’Brien will remain in L.A., with Lara Spencer holding down the fort in New York. It’s expected that O’Brien will co-anchor the show from Manhattan during sweeps.

“The Insider’s” L.A. set has been dismantled. O’Brien shoots his segments from the “ET” set.

He made headlines in 2005 when sleazy voicemails he left for a woman were leaked onto the Web.

“Pat O’Brien is under a long-term deal and will remain a valued member of ‘The Insider’ family,” a show spokesperson said.
