THE Oprah Winfrey Foundation has do nated $365,000 to the Ron Clark Academy, an innovative private school in one of Atlanta’s poorest neighborhoods.

The school was founded by Ron Clark, who wrote the best-selling teaching book, “The Essential 55,” and has appeared on “Oprah” twice.
