JENNY McCarthy is the latest star to fall into Oprah Winfrey’s orbit.

The actress-comedian has signed a deal with Oprah’s Harpo to develop a talk show.

She joins Dr. Phil McGraw, Rachael Ray and Dr. Mehmet Oz as Oprah-anointed stars who have been given their start by Winfrey’s production company.
