LA prosecutors yesterday slapped felony charges against “One Day at a Time” actress Mackenzie Phillips for her airport drug arrest last week.

Phillips, 48, will face two counts of drug possession – heroin and cocaine – and a misdemeanor for allegedly having unauthorized possession of a needle or syringe, according to an LA County district attorney spokeswoman.
