Another day, another entertainment lawsuit.

This time it’s “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson, who’s the target of a lawsuit about his other show, MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew.”

Jackson, who’s the executive producer of “ABDC,” is being sued by Dwight McGhee, who claims Jackson ripped off the idea for the show from him.

In a lawsuit filed last week in LA County Superior Court, McGhee claims he pitched a show called “International Breakerz League” to MTV in 2004, according to tmz.com.

Like Jackson’s show, McGhee’s series revolved around a dance crew.

McGhee claims that Jackson’s show is too similar to his idea to be a coincidence — and is suing Jackson and MTV for $2 million in damages.

“ABDC” is in its fifth season with host Mario Lopez and has performed well for MTV.

Jackson and MTV had no comment yesterday.
