START your day with Beaujolais!

This year’s harvest of Beaujolais Nouveau arrives from France today, and several bistros around town will be popping corks at midnight.

Get the first sips of this early vintage just after midnight at L’Express (249 Park Ave. S., at 20th Street; [212] 254-5858), Le Tout Va Bien (311 W. 51st St., between Eighth and Ninth avenues; [212] 974-9051) and Le Bateau Ivre (230 E. 51st St., between First and Second avenues; [212] 583-0579).

Since the hot days and cool nights during the harvest produced grapes with an above-average alcohol content, it should be quite a party.
