Even though it’s the usual “Pygmalion” beast-into-beauty story, “Miss Congeniality” has a million laughs, and it’s the movie that made us all fall in love with Bullock. With Michael Caine.

The biggest blockbuster of all time is James Cameron’s gorgeously rendered CGI film that takes place in 2154 on a distant planet of evolved beings. The US military needs to mine a precious mineral there and so sends the avatar of Sam Worthington, a wheelchair-bound soldier whose avatar is powerful and healthy.
