ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND OF RON BURGUNDY (2004), Saturday, 8 p.m., ABC
Will Ferrell is Ron, the undisputed, blow-dried king of 1970’s network news. When slick chick Veronica (Christina Applegate) enters the newsroom, Ron and his buds assume she’s going to be covering fashion and fads – after all, isn’t that what “girls” do? When Victoria steps behind the news desk though, all hell breaks loose. Over-the-top hilarious.
